Everyday I see kids and adults, some visually impaired, some unable to walk, most finding their way on crowded platforms to their trains.
And all of this with a smile.
Today I saw a couple that guided each other – one had a stick, other getting sound cues, hands clasped as if they were but one body. They meticulously traced the platform, then the lady of them saw her partner off with a quick pat and hug – shattering all my petty first world troubles and worries to Earth.
A leader may not have ‘it all’, but she doesn’t complain.
She builds a new magic world with just what she’s got at hand.
Then she smiles.
And with perpetual thirst to experience what this life has to offer, she marches on, one step at a time, growing her magic world, and creating one more story.
I think there’s a leader in her, embracing adversity, yet hungry for experiences, for more challenges.
What do you think?:-)
